Cancel subscription
Before you cancel, here is exactly what happens
When it takes effect: at the close of the month you have paid for. There is no minimum term and you can cancel anytime. Your website stays live until then, you are not charged again after it, and part-months are not refunded.
- Your website and hosting end at the close of your paid month. No minimum term, no part-month refunds. We confirm the end date with you before anything goes offline.
- Your mailbox stays open for 14 days. Email on your domain keeps working for 14 days after the website ends. We email you 7, 3 and 1 days before it closes, with the option to keep it on our Email-only plan ($15/month, GST included) or help moving it to another provider.
- Your domain is yours. Its renewal is included while your plan is active. After you cancel we do not renew it again unless you transfer it to you.
- Your domain transfers to you on request. Ask us and we transfer your .com.au to you or to your new provider.
