- Voice call recordings, transcripts, and metadata where you interact with our AI voice agent, in line with the consent disclosed at the start of each call.
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, device, cookies) collected automatically when you visit our website.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Match enquiries with subscribing brokers in the relevant territory.
- Operate and improve our AI voice qualification, scheduling, and CRM workflow features.
- Communicate with you about service updates, support, billing, and security.
- Maintain operational records, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.
4. Disclosure
We may share information with:
- The subscribing broker matched to your territory for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry.
- Service providers who help us run the platform (cloud hosting, telephony, AI inference, analytics, payments) under appropriate confidentiality terms.

We do not sell personal information.
